Jeremy Whitman teaches science classes at Meridian Academy.  He is an active environmental education instructor for Project Learning Tree, and he is currently working with Boise State University on a research project to construct a fire history in the Sawtooth Mountains. 

He graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science and a minor in Outdoor Recreation Education. Escaping from his native state of Michigan he found the beauty in the mountains of Idaho. In his free time he can be found biking, hiking, and snowboarding with his wife and their dog.

During the school week he can be found in his classroom from 7:00-3:30.
