Links	Kirk Starry at Acadia National Park in Maine	Kirk Starry was born in Burley, Idaho, and he lived in Huntington Beach, California and Twin Falls, Idaho while growing up. After high school he was a linebacker on the University of Idaho Vandal football team while majoring in Architecture. After spending 25 years in the corporate world, he went back to school and received his teaching degree in history from Boise State University. He teaches history, government, economics and speech. He also works with seniors on their senior project presentations. He currently is enrolled in a masters degree program at Boise State University. E-Mail Me	Kirk and his wife Pam have 2 grown children and like to travel. They enjoy snorkeling in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. He currently is well on his way to meeting his life long goal of visiting every major site for the Revolutionary War, War of 1812, and Civil War. In his spare time he is restoring a classic ‘68 Mustang.
