Peter O’Connell joined Meridian Academy in 2008 after four years of teaching in Boston. He is teaching Senior English, one section of Junior English, and digital photography. He enjoys working with the upper grades to try and help prepare them for life beyond high school as happy, productive members of society.
            A native of Portland, Oregon, he’s pretty psyched to be back in the Northwest, amongst bigger mountains and rivers, and closer to family and roots. When not at school, who knows where you’ll find him… maybe boating or biking, or tossing a Frisbee or yo-yo… or more likely he’s off taking photos of his own reflection in car windows.
